Private Sessions

A. SESSIONS

Duration of 30 minutes, 45 or 60 minutes. Prior scheduling is required within schedule availability.

 

B. CANCELLATIONS/RETURNS

Payments can be canceled within 7 days if the customer has not made any appointments within this same period. If an appointment is made, it can be canceled 24 hours in advance. After this period, the session will be charged and considered completed. In case of notice of non-attendance at the session, after the minimum period of 24 hours, the client loses the right to their session.

 

C. DELAYS

In 30-minute classes, clients are allowed up to 15 minutes of delay. For 1-hour sessions, clients can be delayed up to 30 minutes. However, if the delay exceeds the specified time limit, the session will be charged and considered complete. The client will lose access to their session. Please note that any delays in the start of the session will not result in an extension of the session end time.

Group Sessions

A. SESSIONS

Group classes have fixed times:

Mondays at 6:30 pm (Toronto-time)

Saturdays at 8:00 am (Toronto-time)

Duration: 45 min

Students who register monthly have the right to participate at any time without prior notice.

B. CANCELLATIONS and FUND RETURNS

Payments can be canceled and refunded within 15 days, regardless of whether the client has attended sessions. After this period, the monthly fee will be charged and considered final.

 

C. DELAYS

In group classes, delays are tolerated at any time.

Delays in the begining of group classes do not imply a change in the end time of the sessions.

Cancellation and Refund of Online Courses

Payment can be refunded within 30 days of the class start date, regardless of attendance.
