A Letter from the Founder

Dear Readers,
First, we must emphasize that Pilates Anywhere is focused on women’s health. However, we also welcome men in individual sessions. All group sessions are exclusively for women.

That said, Pilates Anywhere was created to guide and support women with chronic pain throughout their life journey, helping them regain autonomy and independence.

 

Pilates is often practiced by people with significant movement restrictions due to the specific benefits this approach provides. It is also an excellent supportive tool for managing chronic pain in the medium and long term, and for pregnancy care, showing great results in the short term. Below are some of the many reasons why Pilates is often recommended by doctors.

Personalized Attention:
Our instructors are trained to focus entirely on each practitioner’s specific needs. This allows exercises to be adapted according to physical conditions, goals, and individual limitations.

Posture and Technique Correction:
Live classes allow immediate corrections to posture and technique when necessary, which is crucial to ensure proper execution of exercises, maximize benefits, and reduce the risk of injuries.

Focus on Individual Goals:
Each person has specific fitness goals. Periodic assessments, conducted by Aline every 6 months with each practitioner, allow the instructor and the practitioner to work together to set goals and create a program that effectively meets them.

Adaptation to Health Conditions:
People with specific health conditions can greatly benefit from live online Pilates sessions, as instructors can adapt the exercises in real time to meet needs and restrictions more efficiently.

Customized Intensity:
The intensity of the exercises can be adjusted according to each person’s physical capacity and limits. This is essential to ensure a workout that is both challenging and safe, adapted to the individual’s fitness level.

Focus on Body Awareness and Breathing:
Pilates emphasizes body awareness, breathing, and precise control of movements. Practitioners can improve their body awareness by better understanding how their bodies respond to different movements.

Group Classes:
Our groups are as homogeneous as possible, making it easier to address each person’s conditions during practice. In addition, we offer our students a free individual reassessment every 6 months, making it easier to track progress and provide specific guidance so each student can learn how to properly perform the exercises according to their individual conditions.
