With a Thousand Things to Do, Can You Still Fit Pilates In?!

Before movement, there is intention… Before reading, there is breath!

Ready? Let’s go!


Today I came across the many demands I had to fulfill… and wow, the day hadn’t even started yet! So, in the middle of so many thoughts and tasks to do, I wondered: can I really fit Pilates into my day?

Then, I reflected on how much Pilates can benefit and positively impact my day — no matter the time, as long as I practice. (Even if, on one day, I only manage a few minutes — or, on another, I can’t fit it in at all — what matters is not stopping, and that’s okay!).


If for every choice there is something we give up, then the tasks I set aside during my class can wait until I am ready again.


The truth is that each of us has our own time, our own rhythm, our own tasks, and our own “thousand demands.” But when we allow ourselves to pause (or move at a different pace)… we are also doing it for ourselves and for everything that depends on us — and that changes everything.

Hey, together we can do it!!
